Advisory rights

Advisory rights constitute one of the core competences of the works council. It allows the works council to exert influence on major decisions taken by the management of a business that pertain to business economics. In order to actually exert that influence the Act on Works Councils describes a strict procedure for the works council and the employer. We assist works councils and managers in designing advisory processes and carrying them out with care.
