Building Decree
The Building Decree contains specific requirements that must be met when (re)constructing premises. If a (re)construction contravenes the Building Decree the Bench of Mayor and Aldermen may grant an exemption. If the construction has been completed without exemption, the municipality can uphold the law. We will be pleased to advise you about the legal (im)possibilities in this field.
