Employment conditions

When employment conditions of groups of employees are altered the right of consent plays a part. Usually the employment conditions concerned are secondary such as working hours, leave arrangements or surcharge systems. We notice, however, that increasingly primary employment conditions and reimbursement arrangements are subjects of consultation with the works council. We assist works councils and employers in designing processes to alter or harmonize employment conditions and carrying them out purposively.
