Employment conditions are the terms on the basis of which you work. Well-known employment conditions are working hours, salary and holidays. Employment conditions are agreed on by the employer and employee and are laid down in the employment contract. Often collective bargaining agreements apply that include the employment conditions. Moreover, there is legislation regarding rules related to employment conditions.
