Instituting a works council and elections

Sometimes there are doubts whether a business should institute a works council. In other cases employee participation does not (any longer) match the way structure has been organized. When electing a works council questions may arise regarding the organization, terms, roles and procedures. We are happy to solve such issues. It does not matter whether this concerns answering a single question about an electoral system or designing a suitable participation structure for a complex organisation.
