Employee participation

Employee participation

Employee participation can be organized in different ways in a company. Employee participation must be realized as closely as possible to the employee level. A company or institution with at least 50 employed persons must establish a works council. An entrepreneur who runs two or more companies can set up one joint works council for those companies. An enterprise with several operating companies or branches can set up a works council for each business unit. A central works council may then be set up for those works councils. A joint works council and a central works council require that the establishment is conducive to the proper application of the WOR in that organization.

We advise on shaping and modifying employee participation structures.
